Table talk.\u00a0 What’s yours like? \u00a0Sometimes fascinating chat round the table\u00a0with children just happens.\u00a0 But often, especially if you’re eating out, children might be more interested in digging your iphone out of your bag to play games on.\u00a0 \u00a0 I’ve tried politics, plants, what-would-you-do-if? games\u00a0and which-would-you-rather? tests\u00a0(shark attack or death by strangling).\u00a0 Lately a table discussion\u00a0we call \u00a0‘what’s it made of?’ has turned out to be good\u00a0while waiting for the waiter to bring the\u00a0pizza.\u00a0 The table?\u00a0\u00a0That’s easy.\u00a0 Wood = trees.\u00a0 The napkins? Cotton = plants.\u00a0 The knife and fork?\u00a0 Everyone knows it’s\u00a0metal.\u00a0 Or more precisely steel, made from iron.\u00a0 Where do they get it?\u00a0 How do they make it?\u00a0 Check out http:\/\/www.xomba.com\/where_does_steel_come<\/a>\u00a0for a brief and clear answer.\u00a0 The glasses?
